The man posed with the trophy in New York's Central Park was Men's Single Champion at the 2012 US Open tennis tournament-- Andy Murray of Britain. Obviously, he was the main figure in the photo as he was facing the camera with confident and fearless on the extensive grassland.

In the photo, a low angle shot was used to show the character in order to suggest that the character was powerful and he was in control of his surroundings. Indeed, Andy seemed taller than the buildings behind him in which showed him like a giant who can dominate everything. Moreover, Andy stood on the grassland and posed with raising arms and clenching fists, like saying"I finally achieve success. I am on top of the world! " Moreover, putting the trophy in a such low angle suggested the recognition given by others that Andy got, was far more important than the physical prize.

Besides, the photo is displayed mainly in blue and green. A clear, blue sky represented hope, possibility and limitless potential. A green, grassy meadow represented growth, fertility and vitality. Those elements made the character became more vivid and prominent as the background implied the characteristics of the character.

Andy's triumph in the tournament is really inspiring. Apart from the interpretation above, Andy is raising both arms in the photo seems to tell us : we can do anything as long as we do not give up.

seems telling us :

If you didn't say it's Andy Murray, I wouldn't have recognized him! Why do you think the trophy is put in such a low angle?
