The poster is the new advertisement campaign from the fast food restaurant- Burger King, it aims to promote its new launched product- Premium Kuro Burger. The advertisement mainly divides into two parts, the upper part, that the content of promoting the new black buns, and the bottom part, that the slogan with free promotion.

The reasons why I like this poster most, it is because it can draw the audience' attention and interest and in the meanwhile, it delivers its message clearly. From the poster, in the content part, we can see there is a man wears the black glasses, he is trying to get the black buns, but it seems it is so difficult for him, because the room is full of leaser sensor. Besides the man, there are some words printed on it as well, "Toxic?!" and "The Challenge", it draws the audience' attention and voices out their concerns, when they see a black bun in first sight, they will simply reject to try it, cause it is difference with what they see in usual. But the words- "The challenge" may raise the people' interest to try it, cause if they try it, just like they are willing to take the challenge! It engages the readers by overtly challenging them to try the new food. It deliberately shocks the prospective customers. It gets to the audience' emotional appeals and successfully turns its weakness into their strength to put the audience own judgment to the test rather than follow suit.


Besides in the bottom part, there is a slogan with promotion "Now trying Mission Impossi堡" with free Sundae. The attempt to play with words of “Impossi堡” makes the advertisement more localize and this catchy wording will remind the customers that Burger king has launched a new black bun called "Impossi堡" because it is hard for them to remember the original name from Japan- Kuro Burger base on different culture background. And it is a good for them to make a promotion when the product is newly launched, cause it sees the characteristic of Hong Kong people, they usually only will try new thing with getting some benefits.
